These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform and services provided by Businzo Real Estate ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using this web application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide lead capture, qualification, and routing tools for real-estate businesses, along with related analytics and support. We connect seekers with independent property dealers. We are not a broker, developer, or agent, and we do not participate in transactions between users and dealers.
2. Eligibility and Compliance
You must be legally capable of entering a contract and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Respond to leads in a commercially reasonable timeframe.
- Use leads solely for legitimate real-estate services.
- Do not resell, misuse, or redistribute lead data.
- Comply with consent and communication rules for outreach.
4. No Guarantee of Results
We use commercially reasonable efforts to provide quality leads, but results vary. We do not guarantee sales, conversions, revenue, or response rates.
5. Fees, Billing, and Refunds
Fees and billing cycles are listed in the onboarding or order details. Payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy displayed on this web application.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform.
- Do not upload malicious code or misuse service features.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent property details.
7. Data and Privacy
We do not collect personal data from property seekers in normal operation. Seekers typically contact dealers directly via WhatsApp or other channels and share data by consent. If we collect any data, it is used only to connect seekers with nearby or relevant dealers and to provide support.
8. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services (such as WhatsApp or payment processors). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, workflows, and materials remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during the subscription period.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time. Obligations related to payments, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform, violation of laws, misrepresentation, or improper handling of lead data.
13. Law Enforcement and Legal Requests
We may comply with lawful requests or notices from competent authorities. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations and for the content and conduct of your communications with seekers.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable laws where the Company is registered. Courts with jurisdiction in that location shall have exclusive authority to resolve disputes.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
